Crashes on startup: internal gds software consistency check (can't continue after bugcheck)


G'day,

After a recent BSOD on my laptop, timersync is refusing to start.  It just displays the error message: "internal gds software consistency check (can't continue after bugcheck)".  How do I fix this?

p.s. Not sure if this is covered by another forum entry.  But I couldn't find a search function on the site, and google came up empty when searching timersync.com.

I would recommend first to uninstall the program and make sure that LOCALSTORE.FDB is deleted. This file is usually in the current user's AppData/Roaming/invoiceSync folder.

This that is corrupted is a version of a firebird database, but it would be much less easier to just reinstall and setup your settings again.
